Jonathan Klein

Lead Pastor
Pastor Jonathan joined the IAC team on August 1st, 2019. He previously served for over 16 years in pastoral ministry to students. Most recently he served as the High School and Young Adult Pastor at First Alliance Church. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have 3 young children named Eloise, Judah & Jentz. They live on an acreage and enjoy their little hobby farm. He is a graduate of Peace River Bible Institute and Briercrest Seminary. Jonathan grew up on a farm just outside of Dixonville in northern Alberta.

Associate Pastor
Pastor Dave has served as Associate Pastor at IAC for more than fifteen years. Dave is responsible for oversight to our adult and children’s discipleship ministries such as Sunday School and small group Bible studies. He also oversees our local outreach and global missions ministries.

Dave and his wife, Christine, came to IAC after pastoral service at the Hinton Alliance Church. Both Dave and Christine are graduates of the Seminary at Ambrose (formerly Canadian Theological Seminary in Regina). They have three young adult children.

Josiah

Associate Pastor of Youth and Music
Pastor Josiah has served at IAC since October 2020. What does he do? Josiah oversees the worship ministries, youth groups and young adults, as well as being the tech guy.

Josiah and his wife Maddison both grew up in Ontario, but fell in love with Alberta when visiting family here, moving here in 2020. Josiah and Maddi are graduates of Emmanuel Bible College with degrees in both youth and counselling. They have four young children: Sadie, Malachi, Nora and Emma.

 

Ralph Rintisch

Care Pastor

Pastor Ralph and his wife Brenda have been in ministry with the Alliance since 1982. They have been pastor and wife in 7 Alliance churches over those years.  Now semi-retired (or tired of moving), they have settled down in Innisfail to be close to family. Ralph is on contract with us to give pastoral care primarily to our seniors.  If you are a senior, in the hospital or are facing a difficult situation he would be happy to set up a visit with you.

Office Administrators:
Erin focuses her time in the IAC office on children’s ministries. She and her family live near Innisfail.

Linda was born and raised in Innisfail. She has worked in the IAC office since 2014 and been semi-retired since 2025. She enjoys travel, camping and reading.

Naomi has resided in Olds since 2007 and attended IAC since 2018. She has served as secretary since December 2025. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three adult children, gardening and the rare occasions she can spend a day at the ocean.
